Sheroes Global is on a mission to empower diverse, disadvantaged, and marginalized women and youth to become positive change agents who add value to their communities through inclusive, community-led, and sustainable projects. We achieve this by providing practical skills, leadership, mentorship, DEI, and capacity-building training that foster confidence, capability, economic independence, and collective action. Our goal is to shift mindsets, build resilience, and shape fairer, more inclusive societies in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030. Rooted in partnership, collaboration, and community engagement, we create pathways from vulnerability to visibility — inspiring individuals to be more, recognizing their efforts, and celebrating their successes as personal growth transforms into public impact.

1. SHEROES ENTREPRENEURSHIP ACADEMY: Training women & youth to be their own Boss, build leadership capacity to be positive change agents & provide mentorship.
2. EXPLORING OPTIONS CAREER PROJECT: FREE career talks & books to students & youth, helping them decide on a career path early in Life through.
​3. BOYS TO MEN CAMPAIGN: Mentorships and role modelling project focused on raising boys to be good men.
4. SHEROES YOUTH FORUM (SYF): ​Provides an enabling platform for young people to talk about issues that impacts on their social, physical and and mental wellbeing and Empower them to be pro-active catalyst for positive change in their communities.
5. SHEROES CONFERENCE & AWARDS: Empower and Impact women and young at an inspiring conference, while celebrating women who are doing extraordinary things to impact their communities. 

6. SHEROES WOMEN NETWORK.: A safe place for women to connect and share all this female: Career / Relationship / Health / Social life and more..
